His mugshot is seen above.  <span class=\"credit\">Ascension Parish Sheriff&#8217;s Office\/Facebook<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_8-0\">\u201cIf I did that to you, I deserve the max sentence,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Grammy-nominated rapper <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/18\/entertainment\/rapper-mystikal-pleads-guilty-to-raping-woman-in-louisiana\/\">pled guilty<\/a> in March in an Ascension Parish, Louisiana court \u2014 though on Friday, ahead of the sentencing, Tyler\u2019s attorney filed documents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wbrz.com\/news\/mystikal-asks-to-withdraw-guilty-plea-in-rape-case-says-he-didn-t-have-time-to-consider-the-consequences-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">asking to withdraw<\/a> the guilty plea.<\/p>\n<p>Per WBRZ, the motion stated that the musician \u201cdid not have sufficient opportunity to fully consider the consequences\u201d of the plea deal prior to accepting it, which downgraded the charge from the intial charges of first-degree rape.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><figcaption>The Grammy-nominated hitmaker pled guilty in March in an Ascension Parish, Louisiana court.
