{"id":5800,"date":"2026-06-17T02:25:31","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T02:25:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/jeremy-clarkson-reveals-cancer-diagnosis\/"},"modified":"2026-06-17T02:25:31","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T02:25:31","slug":"jeremy-clarkson-reveals-cancer-diagnosis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/jeremy-clarkson-reveals-cancer-diagnosis\/","title":{"rendered":"Jeremy Clarkson reveals cancer diagnosis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/wp-content%2Fuploads%2Fsites%2F3%2F2026%2F06%2F131227070.jpg?quality%3D90%26strip%3Dall\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Television icon Jeremy Clarkson is battling cancer.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cTop Gear\u201d personality, 66, shared his diagnosis with prostate cancer during the final two episodes of \u201cClarkson\u2019s Farm\u201d Season 5.<\/p>\n<p>During the episodes \u2014 which just dropped on Prime Video \u2014 Clarkson abruptly announces to Charlie Ireland and Kaleb Cooper, \u201cI\u2019ve got cancer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kaleb then responds with disbelief, \u201cNo, you haven\u2019t. Where?\u201d to which Clarkson replies, \u201cWhere it is is of no concern of anybody. I\u2019ve known since May.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He then explains that when he \u201cdisappeared off the other week,\u201d he\u2019d gone to the doctor and \u201chad a biopsy.\u201d He said the cancer is \u201caggressive,\u201d but noted \u201cit\u2019s really early.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Jeremy Clarkson, seen above in \u201cClarkson\u2019s Farm,\u201d reveals in Season 5 that he has prostate cancer.  <span class=\"credit\">Prime Video<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>\u201cI\u2019ve got cancer,\u201d he tells his co-stars. He\u2019s pictured above with Kaleb Cooper and Lisa Hogan.  <span class=\"credit\">Ellis O&#8217;Brien\/Prime Video<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>He adds, \u201cI was praying we could get the harvest done and then I could go and get some treatment but it\u2019s going to be slap bang in the middle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An emotional Kaleb then tells Clarkson to  \u201clook after yourself\u201d and \u201cif you need anything just ring.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Clarkson continues, saying, \u201cListen, I\u2019m not daft, it\u2019s going to be in about two weeks, maybe three. I\u2019ll have to go and have an operation and then, the operation is in and out in no time, but your body\u2019s out of action for a little while.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He noted that he \u201cwasn\u2019t thrilled\u201d with the news.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Clarkson driving away with girlfriend Lisa Hogan, Kaleb shook the reality star\u2019s hand, telling him not to \u201cworry about anything on the farm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Later, while chatting with Ireland, Kaleb, Hogan and Gerald Cooper, Clarkson laments, \u201cSo we started the year and I had coronary heart disease and ended it with me with cancer.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>\u201cI wasn\u2019t thrilled,\u201d Clarkson explains of getting the diagnosis. Clarkson is seen with the cast of \u201cClarkson\u2019s Farm\u201d in a promotional image. <span class=\"credit\">Prime Video<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He added that the team shouldn\u2019t \u201cdwell\u201d on \u201call the bad things,\u201d but to \u201cfocus on things that have happened that are good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When asked by Kaleb when they\u2019d know if the treatments \u201cworked,\u201d Clarkson explains \u201cthere\u2019ll be a blood test and then we\u2019ll know.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot for another few weeks,\u201d he adds. \u201cCome on cheer up, it probably did work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The series then shows Clarkson in a hospital bed noting that he \u201cstarted Season 5 with me in a hospital bed and we are at the end of Season 5 and I\u2019m back in a hospital bed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also admits that he doesn\u2019t \u201cknow what\u2019s going to happen\u201d after \u201csome of the treatment\u201d had \u201cgone awry.\u201d <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>\u201cWhat I wanted to say was if this is all successful I\u2019ll see you for Season 6 and, if it isn\u2019t, I won\u2019t,\u201d he says.
