The residence also boasts a \u201cspeakeasy-inspired lounge,\u201d a\u00a0chef\u2019s kitchen with\u00a0integrated Gaggenau appliances, hand-blown glass lighting by Bocci and a spa-inspired bath with 32nd-floor penthouse even made a cameo as Denzel Washington\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/08\/13\/real-estate\/brooklyn-penthouse-in-denzel-washingtons-highest-2-lowest-lists-for-15m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fictional residence<\/a> in the Spike Lee thriller \u201cHighest 2 Lowest,\u201d with the production\u2019s designer previously telling The Post there may not be a more cinematic vantage point of Manhattan anywhere in the
