{"id":5890,"date":"2026-06-17T18:10:16","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T18:10:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/jennifer-lopez-suffered-health-crisis-after-working-98-days-in-a-row\/"},"modified":"2026-06-17T18:10:16","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T18:10:16","slug":"jennifer-lopez-suffered-health-crisis-after-working-98-days-in-a-row","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/jennifer-lopez-suffered-health-crisis-after-working-98-days-in-a-row\/","title":{"rendered":"Jennifer Lopez suffered health crisis after working &#8217;98 days in a row\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/wp-content%2Fuploads%2Fsites%2F3%2F2026%2F06%2F131302156.jpg?quality%3D90%26strip%3Dall\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Jennifer Lopez suffered a serious health crisis when she \u201coverworked\u201d herself early in her career.<\/p>\n<p>During her apearance on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=HU7Qc03tv_I&amp;t=2230s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the \u201cSmartLess\u201d podcast <\/a>Monday, Lopez said she \u201cdidn\u2019t realize my limits\u201d in the early 2000s, and after working \u201c98 days in a row without taking a day off,\u201d she ended up in the hospital with scary symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I was doing\u00a0\u2018Enough,\u2019 I think I had done like four movies in a row, and I had recorded my second album or something like that, so the\u00a0\u2018JLo\u2019\u00a0album, which was really big,\u201d she explained. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Jennifer Lopez (seen above in Beverly Hills in March) said on the \u201cSmartLess\u201d podcast she was hospitalized for exhaustion early in her career. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for Women&#8217;s Cancer Research Fund<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The singer (seen above in New York City for the \u201cAll I Have\u201d video shoot in 2002) said she worked \u201c98 days in a row without taking a day off\u201d in the early 2000s. <span class=\"credit\">WireImage<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>The 56-year-old star described how she\u2019d film all day, go to the studio at night and do junkets and video shoots on weekends during the busy time.<\/p>\n<p>But eventually, Lopez\u2019s exhaustion caught up with her one day on the set of 2002\u2019s \u201cEnough.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery time I walk to the set, I start getting a little pitter-patter in my heart;
