That\u2019s why I thought the whole thing was very calculated because this wasn\u2019t the first time Ava and I had seen each other,\u201d Gia, 25, told \u201cVirtual Reali-Tea\u201d hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy of Dash\u2019s accusation. <\/p>\n<p>As Murphy speculated that Dash, 26, possibly threw out the claim against Teresa to distract from potential headlines regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/09\/18\/us-news\/damon-dash-declared-bankruptcy-to-avoid-5-million-in-claims\/\">her family\u2019s reported money troubles<\/a>, Gia said she believes \u201ceventually viewers will see that within her a little bit.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Gia Giudice (pictured above in her June 18 \u201cVirtual Reali-Tea\u201d appearance) called out her \u201cnasty\u201d \u201cNext Gen NYC\u201d co-star Ava Dash for accusing Gia\u2019s mom, Teresa Giudice, of unfollowing her on social media. <span class=\"credit\">Brian Zak\/Page Six<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cIt just seems very convenient. Obviously, nobody likes bad press or bad attention. But, unfortunately that comes with this territory,\u201d Gia continued. <\/p>\n<p>Despite Dash\u2019s alleged feud with Gia\u2019s mom, the \u201cCasual Chaos\u201d podcast host added that she would \u201cnever\u201d deny her co-star\u2019s beauty as she told Real and Murphy, \u201cYou could be nasty and still beautiful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dash, 26, first made the allegation about the \u201cReal Housewives of New Jersey\u201d star, 54, in a Season 1 episode of the Bravo series, which premiered last June. The incident led to tension between her and Gia, fracturing their friend group.<\/p>\n<p>Gia last addressed Dash\u2019s comments in her July 2025 appearance on <a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/next-gen-nyc-w-gia-giudice-love-island-usa-cierras\/id1448210981?i=1000716291577\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nick Viall\u2019s \u201cViall Files\u201d podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Dash (pictured above at a Nordstrom and Isabel Marant event on June 4) accused Teresa of following and unfollowing her on social media during a Season 1 episode of \u201cNext Gen NYC\u201d last year. <span class=\"credit\">Yvonne Tnt\/BFA.com\/Shutterstock<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The moment led to heightened tensions between Dash (pictured above at The Surf Lodge in May) and Gia all season long. <span class=\"credit\">BFA.com \/ BACKGRID<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cDo you really think she would be able to just sit there and take the time to do that? I just know my mom and she barely knows how to film her Cameos correct,\u201d Gia said at the time. \u201cShe\u2019s not tech savvy in any way, so when Ava said that, I was like, \u2018Girl, you\u2019re just lying. I know my mom and she doesn\u2019t care that much to unfollow you.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In her \u201cVirtual Reali-Tea\u201d interview, Gia addressed the rift among the cast members this upcoming season, saying she feels the drama stems from her co-stars Ariana Biermann and Hudson McLeroy\u2019s breakup.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, we obviously are supporting Ariana and really being there for her. Obviously, certain people had opinions about their breakup. They\u2019re not going to be buddy-buddy with her and be canoodling with her as they\u2019re trying to say that the breakup was fake,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know Ariana. She is my best friend. Never felt that, never thought that,\u201d Gia said in defense of her pal. \u201cIt was truly a time when they both needed some space.
