I was never to speak about anything, including his employees, his affiliates, nothing,\u201d she claimed. \u201cI replied to Jared and said, \u2018I cannot in good conscience sign this.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Musk and St. Clair share a son named Romulus, who was born in 2024. <span declined to sign an NDA because it \u201cwasn\u2019t what was right for [her] children.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[I was] making the moral decision,\u201d she added. \u201cI had said to him, \u2018I would rather go to a studio apartment with both of my children than sign this.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In February 2025, the former conservative influencer revealed that <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/02\/14\/parents\/author-claims-she-secretly-gave-birth-to-elon-musks-13th-child-five-months-ago\/\">Musk is the father of her five-month-old son<\/a> named Romulus. <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/article\/elon-musk-children\/\">welcomed another son, his 14th<\/a>, with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.<\/p>\n<p>St. Clair confirmed she has not spoken to the href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/19\/celebrity-news\/ashley-st-clair-shares-when-relationship-with-elon-musk-got-weird\/\">shared on TikTok<\/a> that as soon as she found out she was pregnant, their relationship soured.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs soon as I\u2019m pregnant, this is when things start getting weird,\u201d she told her followers. \u201cThere\u2019s just things that are not adding up or that are different from what he previously said to me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Musk <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/01\/12\/parents\/elon-musk-wants-full-custody-of-son-with-ashley-st-clair-after-her-transgender-apology\/\">threatened to sue for \u201cfull custody\u201d<\/a> due
