We had a falling out, but it was after the show.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/01\/celebrity-news\/holly-madison-recalls-dark-side-of-playboy-mansion-a-little-bit-scary\/\">Madison, 46,<\/a> blamed their \u201cfalling out\u201d on Wilkinson\u2019s desire to stay relevant.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Holly Madison shared theories on why she and Kendra Wilkinson haven\u2019t spoken in over a decade. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/@hollymadison<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The last time the duo, pictured here in 2008, spoke was 14 years ago. <span class=\"credit\">WireImage<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cAt the time, she was really caught up in the tabloid cycle. I really feel like he tried to pit us against each other and got in our heads. So, that\u2019s a shame,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n<p>The producer was Kevin Burns, who co-created \u201cThe Girls Next Door\u201d and worked on a spinoff starring Wilkinson, called \u201cKendra,\u201d the year before Madison, Wilkinson and Marquardt all ended their runs on the series.<\/p>\n<p>Burns then developed \u201cHolly\u2019s World\u201d and a spinoff for Marquardt that wasn\u2019t picked up.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The trio, pictured in 2005, lived at the Playboy mansion. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Madison, seen here in 2012, says the feud started after \u201cGirls Next Door\u201d ended. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for Leather &amp; Laces<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In 2016, Wilkinson, 41, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2016\/05\/12\/kendra-wilkinson-slams-holly-madison-she-was-hefs-clean-up-girl\/\">dragged Madison<\/a>, calling her Hef\u2019s \u201cclean up girl.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Years later, she <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2021\/04\/08\/kendra-wilkinson-reminds-holly-madison-its-2021-after-feud-rehash\/\">criticized Madison again<\/a> for rehashing their friendship on a podcast.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDude\u2026 it\u2019s 2021,\u201d Wilkinson <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CNX-3DCh-oh\/\">commented on an Instagram post<\/a>\u00a0about Madison\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/116-dirty-deets-from-the-1-playboy-bunny-ft-holly-madison\/id1418960261?i=1000516077384\">\u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d interview<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>She added in a second comment, \u201cTimes have changed.
