Friday\u201d from 1988 to 1990.<\/p>\n<p>In the early 1990s, he starred in several films, including the role of Big Worm in the 1995 F. Seen here (L-R): Love, Jason Bateman, Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau in \u201cCouples Retreat.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">\u00a9Universal\/courtesy Everett \/ Ev<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In 2024, Love was accused of <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/02\/21\/us-news\/elf-actor-faizon-love-accused-of-attacking-hotel-clerk-with-credit-card-machine\/\">assaulting a San Diego Sheraton Hotel\u00a0employee<\/a> after learning there were no more vacancies. <\/p>\n<p>According to a lawsuit <a href=\"https:\/\/ew.com\/elf-actor-faizon-love-accused-of-assaulting-hotel-worker-11684646\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">obtained by Entertainment Weekly<\/a>, Love allegedly became \u201cagitated and aggressive\u201d and \u201cforcefully ripped the credit card reader off the counter and hurled it at\u201d the female worker.<\/p>\n<p>The employee claimed that Love broke her glasses and she \u201csuffered pain, injury, and emotional distress, including a concussion and a visible bump behind her right ear.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Per the filing, the San Diego Police Department responded to the scene and cited Love for battery.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Most recently, Love (seen here in a mugshot) was arrested on June 16, 2026. <span class=\"credit\">Hillsborough County Sheriff\u0092s Office<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>His charges are connected to a paternity case. <span class=\"credit\">WTSP<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Love was <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/06\/17\/us-news\/elf-actor-faizon-love-busted-in-florida\/?_gl=1*n60v02*_ga*OTg4NjcyOTQuMTc1OTUwNzQ2OQ..*_ga_0DZ7LHF5PZ*czE3ODE4OTI4NTQkbzEyMyRnMSR0MTc4MTg5NDQyMSRqNDUkbDAkaDA.\">arrested once again<\/a> on June 16, 2026, after he allegedly violated a court order in Florida.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cBulletproof 2\u201d star\u2019s arrest was reportedly connected to his paternity case with a woman named Tiffany Lee, who alleged he owes her $250,000 in unpaid child support, per TMZ.<\/p>\n<p>In court documents, he alleged that he didn\u2019t have the funds to pay Lee, claiming that he\u2019s only earned \u00a0$13,000 in the past five years, with no earnings in the past year.<\/p>\n<p>Love failed to attend a child support case court hearing in April 2026, claiming he had a medical emergency.
