wish\u201d to start a foundation dedicated to helping up-and-coming artists.<\/p>\n<p>The family announced the plans for the foundation, called Dr. Oliver Tree\u2019s Extremely Epic Grant For Baby Geniuses, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DZ3UjlqAe0e\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;ig_rid=A71s77r8s3t7hmruldQ9vS4&amp;img_index=3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an Instagram post<\/a> on Sunday, one week after the singer <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/14\/celebrity-news\/singer-oliver-tree-dead-at-32-following-tragic-helicopter-crash\/\">was killed in a helicopter crash<\/a> in Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOliver is now back in California where he can finally rest,\u201d the post read. \u201cHis legacy will live on through his foundation\/endowment named \u201cDr. Oliver Tree\u2019s Extremely Epic Grant For Baby Geniuses coming soon.\u201d <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Oliver Tree\u2019s family revealed they are honoring his \u201cfinal wish\u201d to start a foundation dedicated to helping up-and-coming artists. <span class=\"credit\">Oliver Tree \/ family said Tree wrote the plans for the organization in his will before <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/17\/celebrity-news\/oliver-trees-producer-reveals-he-was-meant-to-be-on-doomed-helicopter-flight\/\">his death on June 14<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will make sure his wish comes to fruition so that more joy, love and art can be spread into the world, that was his final wish,\u201d the family added.<\/p>\n<p>They also thanked \u201ceveryone who has reached out, shown love, support and has done incredible tributes for Oliver,\u201d noting the \u201cconstant love, support and positivity\u201d has helped Tree\u2019s loved ones cope with <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/15\/celebrity-news\/video-shows-helicopter-crash-that-killed-oliver-tree-plunging-to-ground\/\">the tragedy.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLove you all so much, Oliver will when <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/15\/celebrity-news\/oliver-tree-insisted-family-wouldnt-get-a-penny-when-he-dies-before-helicopter-crash\/\">he vowed not to leave any money to his family<\/a>\u00a0after his passing<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t believe that any of the wealth, or the things that get made from it, is mine,\u201d he said on the\u00a0April 24 episode of the \u201cZach Sang Show.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo when I die, my will is set up that when I pass, my family, no one\u2019s going to get a penny,\u201d he added before insisting that if he had \u201ca wife or kids or anything, [they\u2019re] not getting a f\u2013king penny.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Tree\u2019s family after setting up a foundation to collect the interest from his music.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re not allowed to buy equipment with the money.
