(Wilson is seen above this month.) <span class=\"credit\">Best Image \/ BACKGRID<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>After Gooch stepped on stage, Griffin began to read from \u201cRebel Rising,\u201d choosing the chapter titled \u201cLate Bloomer.\u201d In that chapter, Wilson detailed meeting Gooch and their initial dates before building up to the main event. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMicks, I know this might be news to you if you are reading this, but yes, I lost my virginity to you,\u201d Griffin orated. \u201cAnd a great shag you were.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gooch, for his part, kept his cool admirably, ad-libbing humorously and interjecting into Griffin\u2019s reading with extra details. After Griffin\u2019s \u201cgreat shag\u201d comment, he let out a loud \u201cAyyy!\u201d and punched the air comically, to the audience\u2019s amusement.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Fellow comedian Kathy Griffin called Gooch out on the Broadway stage, who had no idea what was in store. (Gooch and Griffin are pictured performing above.)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The performance was one of the last shows of the hugely successful Celebrity Autobiography show and marked Gooch\u2019s first time on a Broadway stage. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was a pretty surreal way to make my Broadway debut,\u201d Gooch said of the surprise sprung upon him. \u201cI guess I popped my Broadway cherry, literally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wilson, 46, dated Gooch, 41, for a few months in 2015, and at the time they were\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2015\/05\/28\/rebel-wilson-and-new-guy-have-cozy-dinner-date\/\">seen acting cozy and \u201cvery cuddly\u201d<\/a> toward each other on a dinner date in Manhattan.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Gooch was a good sport throughout, ad libbing and even yelling \u201cAyyy!\u201d (He\u2019s seen here with Griffin.)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Wilson, 46, dated Gooch, 41, for a few months in 2015. They\u2019re still friends, so you never know if they might get back together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In February 2023, Wilson confirmed she\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/02\/19\/rebel-wilson-confirms-magical-engagement-to-ramona-agruma\/\">got engaged<\/a>\u00a0to jewelry designer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/06\/09\/who-is-ramona-agruma-meet-rebel-wilsons-new-girlfriend\/\">Ramona Agruma<\/a>.
