I just want to put a ton of makeup on again, get my hair extensions. I want to have a glow-up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She went public with her health issues in 2024, first <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/07\/25\/entertainment\/brandi-glanville-blames-bravo-for-severe-facial-swelling\/\">blaming Bravo for her \u201cstress\u201d-induced<\/a> health woes before sharing doctors\u2019 belief that it actually stemmed from a <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/12\/08\/celebrity-news\/brandi-glanville-says-facial-disfigurement-could-be-from-parasite\/\">parasite \u201cjump[ing] around\u201d her face<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Glanville has been battling facial disfigurement for \u201cthree long years.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">Brandi Glanville\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The \u201cRHOBH\u201d alum (pictured above on Jan. 25) has said ruptured breast implants led to a facial parasite. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for Rachel Strauss<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Glanville, who has since <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/12\/11\/celebrity-news\/brandi-glanville-lost-5-teeth-while-battling-facial-disfigurement\/\">lost multiple teeth<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/04\/17\/celebrity-news\/brandi-glanville-reveals-whopping-6-figure-medical-costs-to-treat-mystery-facial-parasite\/\">spent a whopping six figures<\/a> on medical costs, called the situation \u201cworse than ever\u201d last year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m f\u2013king miserable,\u201d she tweeted in March 2025. \u201cMy face is \u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/03\/07\/celebrity-news\/brandi-glanville-says-face-has-literally-melted-away-disfigurement-is-worse-than-ever-im-f-king-miserable\/\">literally melted away<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In February of the following year, she <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/18\/celebrity-news\/brandi-glanville-finally-reveals-what-caused-facial-parasite\/\">cited ruptured breast implants<\/a> as the reason behind the infection, claiming silicone leaked into her lymph nodes and clogged them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou really should change your implants every 10 years,\u201d she told TMZ at the time. \u201cI learned a really, really hard lesson.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Earlier this month, she told fans her issues were \u201chappening again.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">X\/BrandiGlanville<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cI don\u2019t know what\u2019s wrong with me, guys,\u201d she said on her June 4 podcast episode. \u201cI thought I was fixed.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Earlier this month, Glanville gave her podcast listeners an update on her health battle, which was \u201chappen[ing] again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have to give an update on my face because I got a lot of comments,\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-aPMa20E3YU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said on June 4<\/a>. \u201cI don\u2019t know what\u2019s wrong with me, guys. I thought I was fixed \u2026 and now it\u2019s sinking in again. If I had answers, I would tell you.
