According to photos obtained by Page Six, the influencer showed off her smaller backside as she enjoyed time at Miami Beach on April 29 (as seen above)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The \u201cBetter Half\u201d podcast co-host concluded her video by asking her followers to \u201cbe nice in the comments because I\u2019m in pain and I\u2019m just a girl.\u201d<\/p>\n

Karanikolaou previously confessed that she felt pressured to get a BBL at a young age. However, she expressed that she regretted the decision and wanted to reverse the change.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is something that I regret and that I\u2019ve been actively trying to fix for so long,\u201d she shared on her podcast in May 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cI literally have another surgery like in a few weeks to try and reduce the size of it even more,\u201d Karanikolaou added.<\/p>\n

\u201cI felt\u00a0just the pressure of the world that we live in and the trend of the times,\u201d she reflected.<\/p>\n

Karanikolaou also warned her listeners: \u201cDo not surgically alter your body for a trend at a time because just know that the trend is only going to be relevant for a little bit.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
