He\u2019s known for redeveloping large industrial properties into advanced manufacturing campuses, <a href=\"https:\/\/xebecrealty.com\/leadership\/randy-kendrick\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">per his website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The news comes about a year after the \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d alum <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/06\/05\/celebrity-news\/yolanda-hadid-ends-engagement-to-joseph-jingoli-report\/\">quietly ended her\u00a0engagement<\/a> to construction CEO\u00a0Joseph split that January.<\/p>\n<p>The exes met in 2017 when the former Bravo star moved to Pennsylvania and purchased her own farm.<\/p>\n<p>News emerged in August 2024 that the couple\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/08\/29\/celebrity-news\/yolanda-hadid-engaged-to-joseph-jingoli-after-nearly-6-years-of-dating-report\/\">had gotten engaged<\/a>\u00a0two years earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Hadid later told People Jingoli got down on one knee in a secret proposal while they were visiting Holland in her home country of the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<figure
