\u201cAt the top I wrote \u2018Goldfish,\u2019 and I thought, while I\u2019m at it, I might as well put what I expect to be paid,\u201d he continued. \u201cNext to \u2018Goldfish,\u2019 I literally wrote $200.\u201d<\/p>\n
He walked away from that experience with a \u201clittle\u201d scar and 500 bucks.<\/p>\nThe 52-year-old was paid per bit, not episode. \u201cI was broke, unemployed and homeless \u2014 and a star on this big MTV show,\u201d Steve-O added.<\/p>\n

He recalled thinking he he became \u201ca trained circus professional,\u201d people would \u201ctake [him] more seriously\u201d in the field.<\/p>\n
