Clemens, Michigan on May 14. <\/p>\n<p>Detective Sgt. Joseph Feld of the Chesterfield Township Police Department <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/05\/14\/eminems-ex-wife-arrested-in-michigan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told TMZ at the time<\/a> that Scott hit a vehicle with her car while driving near Detroit the night prior. <\/p>\n<p>Cops did not know where she was traveling to or from and no injuries had been reported.<\/p>\n<p>Scott looked unrecognizable as she unapologetically flashed a smile for <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/18\/celebrity-news\/eminems-ex-wife-kim-mathers-looks-unrecognizable-flashes-smile-in-new-mugshot-for-dui-arrest\/\">her mugshot photo. <\/a>She was released from jail shortly after being booked. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Scott (seen here in 2001) was arrested in May and booked on DUI charges.  <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Eminem (above) shares three kids with his ex-wife.  <span class=\"credit\">Redferns<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Her arrest came just three days after she appeared in court on similar charges, pleading no contest to\u00a0impaired driving\u00a0and failure to report an accident that took place in February.<\/p>\n<p>Scott allegedly crashed into a parked car while on an outing with her son, Parker, and his friends. <\/p>\n<p>Instead of stopping, she proceeded to drive home, where she cthren crashed into her own garage door, her neighbors claimed to TMZ. She was reportedly taken to a hospital and treated for minor injuries. <\/p>\n<p>Authorities were seen finding bottles allegedly containing soda and alcohol in her car in bodycam footage.
