{"id":6905,"date":"2026-06-26T01:44:21","date_gmt":"2026-06-26T01:44:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/kylie-jenner-sued-by-former-chef-who-claims-demanding-job-led-to-her-miscarriage\/"},"modified":"2026-06-26T01:44:21","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T01:44:21","slug":"kylie-jenner-sued-by-former-chef-who-claims-demanding-job-led-to-her-miscarriage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/kylie-jenner-sued-by-former-chef-who-claims-demanding-job-led-to-her-miscarriage\/","title":{"rendered":"Kylie Jenner sued by former chef who claims demanding job led to her miscarriage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/wp-content%2Fuploads%2Fsites%2F3%2F2026%2F06%2F132270735.jpg?quality%3D90%26strip%3Dall\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Kylie Jenner has been hit with a lawsuit from her former personal chef, who claims her demanding workload led her to suffer a miscarriage. <\/p>\n<p>According to court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior County on Monday, the woman (whose name has not yet been revealed) alleges she worked 11- to 12-hour shifts, five days a week, and was tasked with physically demanding jobs despite alerting supervisors to her high-risk pregnancy, reports <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/story\/2026-06-24\/kylie-jenner-sued-chef-claims-grueling-shifts-led-to-miscarriage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Los Angeles Times.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The chef claims she began working as Jenner\u2019s private chef in November 2024. Upon her request for assistance, the chef claims she was ignored by her managers. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDue to exhaustion and overwhelming physical strain, [she] broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event,\u201d reads the suit. \u201cThat evening, [she] experienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout her body as a result of the prolonged and intense workload.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>By the next morning, she began experiencing severe blood loss and quickly made her way to a nearby hospital where she was \u201cinformed that there was no detectable heartbeat and that she had lost her unborn child.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The woman claims she began experiencing severe blood loss after working for Jenner (pictured here at Paris Fashion Week 2025) at a child\u2019s birthday event on Feb. 1 <span class=\"credit\">WireImage<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cDue to exhaustion and overwhelming physical strain, [she] broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event,\u201d reads the suit. (Seen above is Jenner at Paris Fashion Week 2026). <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Days after she informed her bosses of the miscarriage, the woman was \u201cfalsely accused of leaving the kitchen and refrigerator in disarray following the Palm Springs event.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She began experiencing more intense hemorrhaging on Feb. 8, and later developed severe depression and emotional distress as a result of the pregnancy loss, the documents state. But, she claims she was later reprimanded by one of her supervisors who told her, \u201cStop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The chef is seeking an unspecified amount of damages and alleges that in addition to suffering accommodation failures, pregnancy discrimination and harassment, she was misclassified as an independent contractor, did not get paid on time or for the appropriate hours she worked, and was wrongfully terminated.<\/p>\n<p>This makes the third lawsuit Jenner, 28, has been hit with from a former employee in 2026. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The woman also claims she suffered accommodation failures, pregnancy discrimination and harassment, and did not get accurately paid for her hours worked. (Pictured above is Jenner at the 37th annual Palm Springs International Film Awards.) <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for Palm Springs International Film Society<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In April, her ex-housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/21\/celebrity-news\/kylie-jenner-sued-by-former-housekeeper-for-alleged-bullying-and-discrimination-by-staff\/\">sued the Kylie Cosmetics founder<\/a> for wrongful termination, claiming she had been subjected to discrimination over religion and national origin by other staff members.<\/p>\n<p>Vasquez \u2014 who is Salvadoran and Catholic \u2014 claimed in the suit that she was routinely \u201cassigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiff also claimed the defendants \u201cmade repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments\u201d which were \u201cintended to demean, intimidate, and assert power over her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She ultimately resigned from her position in August 2025 \u2014 nearly one year after she started in September 2024 \u2014 after she allegedly developed \u201csymptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder\u201d from the hostile work environment.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The lawsuit marks the third case Jenner (pictured above posing for a selfie) has been hit with from a former employee this year.  <span class=\"credit\">kyliejenner\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>In April, the makeup mogul (seen here posing in a black dress) was sued by two of her former housekeepers.  <span class=\"credit\">kyliejenner\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Though none of her claims are directed explicitly at Jenner, the \u201cKardashians\u201d star was named in the suit for her alleged failure to properly address Vasquez\u2019s claims. <\/p>\n<p>Later that month, Juana Delgado Soto, another one of Jenner\u2019s former housekeepers, also <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/01\/celebrity-news\/kylie-jenner-sued-by-housekeeper-who-claims-she-begged-for-help-over-staff-abuse\/\">filed a lawsuit against Jenner<\/a> with similar claims as Vasquez.
