{"id":7032,"date":"2026-06-27T02:33:23","date_gmt":"2026-06-27T02:33:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/tom-sandovals-exs-dad-files-for-restraining-order-against-him\/"},"modified":"2026-06-27T02:33:23","modified_gmt":"2026-06-27T02:33:23","slug":"tom-sandovals-exs-dad-files-for-restraining-order-against-him","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/tom-sandovals-exs-dad-files-for-restraining-order-against-him\/","title":{"rendered":"Tom Sandoval&#8217;s ex&#8217;s dad files for restraining order against him"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/wp-content%2Fuploads%2Fsites%2F3%2F2026%2F06%2F132418331.jpg?quality%3D90%26strip%3Dall\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Tom Sandoval\u2019s ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson\u2019s father, Will Robinson, filed for a counter-restraining order against the former Bravo star after video emerged of Sandoval <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/26\/celebrity-news\/tom-sandoval-appears-to-shove-girlfriend-victoria-robinsons-dad-into-lit-firepit-video\/\">seemingly shoving him into a lit fire pit<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged June 3 scuffle between Victoria, Will, and the \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d alum was recounted in Will\u2019s filing, which claimed Sandoval \u201coverpowered [his] daughter\u201d during a \u201cconfrontation argument\u201d at Sandoval\u2019s residence before shoving him \u201cbackwards into a stone-lava rock\u201d fire pit on the deck and \u201cseverely injuring\u201d him. <\/p>\n<p>Will also alleged the reality TV star then re-entered the home \u2014 where Victoria and her father had been living \u2014 and claimed he \u201cbegan talking about himself having a gun.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Victoria\u2019s father further said he sustained injuries including a broken thumb, broken elbow, ruptured disc and heel laceration.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Tom Sandoval\u2019s ex girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson\u2019s father, Will Robinson, filed for a counter-restraining order against the reality star on Friday. The trio are seen here in recently released footage from an alleged June 3 altercation.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>In his filing, Will claimed he was \u201cseverely\u201d injured during the alleged encounter, as seen above. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Will also claimed in his filing that since the alleged falling out, Sandoval has visited the home \u201cforcing [Will] to call the police\u201d and \u201cstarting trouble.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_8-0\">Victoria\u2019s father wrote that the alleged June 3 altercation was \u201cthe 5th time, to my knowledge, that he has become physical during a confrontation with my daughter,\u201d adding, \u201cThis time I was assaulted and injured by him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Will also claimed he needs the restraining order \u201cto keep [Sandoval] away from me and my daughter\u2019s residence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s requested Sandoval be ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from himself, his daughter, and his home, as well as his vehicle.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>In his filing, Will alleged he was shoved \u201cbackwards into a stone-lava rock\u201d fire pit on the deck.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Will has requested that Sandoval, seen above in 2025, stay at least 100 yards away from him and his daughter.  <span class=\"credit\">Charles Sykes\/Bravo via Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A video surfaced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/vanderpumprules\/comments\/1ufrk37\/tom_sandoval_shoving_victorias_dad_when_he_tried\/?share_id=iiHl9kt-8LYGkpECUlzIe&amp;utm_content=1&amp;utm_medium=ios_app&amp;utm_name=ioscss&amp;utm_source=share&amp;utm_term=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">via Reddit<\/a> on Friday showing an apparent altercation among the embattled trio. In the clip, Will steps in as an agitated Sandoval asks Victoria, \u201cAre you recording me right now?\u201d before attempting to snatch her cell phone.<\/p>\n<p>As Will appears to intervene, Sandoval seemingly pushes him into the lit fireplace behind him and dashes into the home.<\/p>\n<p>Will follows Sandoval inside, and crashing sounds can immediately be heard coming from the home. Victoria then rushes into the house, shouting, \u201cNo!\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_12-0\">Victoria\u2019s father could later be heard apparently shouting, \u201cHe threw me in the f\u2013king fire pit. I\u2019ll get you, bitch. Motherf\u2013ker.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_17-0\">Per TMZ, which first released the footage, the video was taken June 3. The outlet was also first to report on Thursday that Victoria had been <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/25\/celebrity-news\/tom-sandovals-girlfriend-victoria-robinson-arrested-for-alleged-attack-that-left-bravo-star-bloody-bruised\/\">arrested the same day<\/a> for an alleged altercation Sandoval claimed left him visibly bruised and bloodied.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>On Thursday, Sandoval was granted his request that Victoria and her father, who had been living in his Los Angeles rental home, be ordered to vacate the residence.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Victoria, seen above with Sandoval in a social media upload, was arrested and bonded out on June 3 following the encounter.  <span class=\"credit\">tomsandoval1\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Victoria was arrested for domestic violence and released on bond the same day.
