and that the explosive device likely contained bolts and shrapnel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;Police services are currently gathering evidence,&#8221;
