Mango for NY Post<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>The attorneys added that their 38-year-old client \u201chas paid and continues to pay\u201d her legal bills and will seek \u201cany additional attorneys\u2019 fees\u201d incurred in her latest legal request.<\/p>\n<p>The filing also mentioned \u201csignificant press attention, with thousands of indexed and syndicated media articles\u201d that increased the legal costs of the case, noting that Lively has produced more than 7,000 documents since the legal war began.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Lewis J. Liman\u00a0ordered Baldoni, 42, and Wayfarer Studios to respond to Lively\u2019s request by July 13. <\/p>\n<p>After that, Liman will decide whether to reward the full amount, reduce it or deny the <\/p>\n<p>However, Liman denied Lively\u2019s\u00a0request for triple damages and punitive damages, which she can still seek by other means like an independent lawsuit or a counterclaim.<\/p>\n<p>In May, Lively <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/04\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-and-justin-baldoni-reach-shocking-agreement-in-it-ends-with-us-battle-before-trial\/\">settled her 2024 suit<\/a> against Baldoni, in which the actress claimed the actor\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/12\/31\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-sues-justin-baldoni-over-it-ends-with-us-feud\/\">sexually harassed her<\/a>\u00a0on the set of \u201cIt Ends With
