I brought this upon myself.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd now I have to breathe into a machine lol. Landed perfectly on the right side of my ribs. Straight to the hospital,\u201d she wrote alongside a laughing emoji (as seen here). <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/rubyrose<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Rose compared her current situation to a similar injury she suffered while<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2018\/08\/07\/ruby-rose-cast-as-batwoman-in-the-cws-dc-crossover-and-potential-series\/\"> filming The CW series\u00a0\u201cBatwoman.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In 2019, the star ended up with two herniated discs after performing stunts on the show. At the time, Rose\u2019s spinal cord was almost severely impacted\u00a0and she underwent emergency surgery.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m sorry, but what in the f\u2013king dissociation and self abandonment did I do, to return to work on batwoman, the day after breaking my rib and neck,\u201d\u00a0she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threads.com\/@rubyrose\/post\/DaMQITOmuOH?xmt=AQG0tjs178aV4O0ChC3XCxcJGS6DMr8Ds3Jo3O-HErYqLQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">posted on Threads<\/a>. \u201cMy rib was killing me!! I couldn\u2019t feel my legs or hands, I was in a batsuit!\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Rose (pictured here in an Instagram video) then took to Threads to elaborate on the situation, writing, \u201cPlease come and take me out.
