However, there is currently no active case open against either party.<\/p>\n<p>After the incident, the influencer called out her ex in a scathing Instagram Story.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCops called on me again THIS WEEK \u2026 What are the odds?\u201d Paul wrote in a since-deleted post,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/06\/29\/taylor-frankie-paul-says-cops-called-on-her\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">per TMZ<\/a>. \u201cAnd it\u2019s not people \u2026 it\u2019s ONE person, the same person. He was then\u00a0granted sole custody\u00a0of Ever. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok \/ @taylorfrankiepaul<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>However, the judge voiced his concern regarding Paul\u2019s \u201cvolatility,\u201d and she was given only six hours of visitation per week until their next court date later that month. <\/p>\n<p>When the former flames returned to court on April 30, they were ordered to remain <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/30\/celebrity-news\/judge-criticizes-taylor-frankie-paul-dakota-mortensen-in-protective-order-ruling\/\">100 feet away from each other<\/a>, per their mutual protective orders.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou guys have to figure out a lot here. I\u2019m so stuck.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know what to say anymore other than I\u2019m right there with a lot of you,\u201d Paul wrote back in an Instagram Story. \u201cWish I could be more helpful.
