aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Reps for MSG, Swift and Kelce did not immediately respond to our requests for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/06\/30\/madison-square-garden-event-staff-no-phone-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMZ reported<\/a> that staffers who work in the event production department are not allowed to have their phones on them, presumably so they can\u2019t take pictures of the setup.<\/p>\n<p>The employees \u2014 who don\u2019t know details about the event at hand \u2014 are also reportedly wearing wristbands and have to go through an extra layer of security when they show up to work.<\/p>\n<p>Event staff is scheduled to be in the building early Friday morning, per the outlet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Insiders told us a more intimate event <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/25\/entertainment\/taylor-swift-travis-kelce-planning-intimate-wedding-gathering-before-msg-celebration\/\">will take place Thursday<\/a>, with some describing it as <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/26\/entertainment\/new-details-shed-light-on-taylor-swift-and-travis-kelces-intimate-msg-gathering-ahead-of-big-bash\/\">a rehearsal dinner<\/a> with 100 of Swift and Kelce\u2019s closest family members and friends.<\/p>\n<p>We were told the pair would host a larger celebration the following day for about 1,000 guests who would be <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/27\/entertainment\/taylor-swift-and-travis-kelces-nuptials-bigger-than-the-met-gala\/\">treated to performances by Stevie Knicks and Tim McGraw<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Our source added that the employees \u201cwere not given a reason why it\u2019s a no-go previously revealed to us, as invitees reportedly <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/30\/entertainment\/the-surprise-twist-in-taylor-swift-and-travis-kelces-wedding-ndas-revealed\/\">had to sign a nondisclosure agreement before confirming their attendance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>MSG \u2014 which notably has no events on its calendar from June 29 through July 6 \u2014 has multiple entrances and a highly secure infrastructure, which lets the duo prioritize privacy and safety.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, City Hall recently confirmed to The Post that a permit application was filed with the the Big Apple\u2019s Street Activity Permit Office for July 2 to July 4.<\/p>\n<p>The permit, filed by Winick Productions \u2014 a prominent event planning company \u2014 requested both street closures around
