after being on tour, Dunham recalled feeling they needed to break up, with her recalling how they both cried and told each other they were each other\u2019s first great love.<\/p>\n<p>Both have since moved on, with Dunham <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2021\/09\/27\/lena-dunham-marries-luis-felber\/\">marrying musician Luis Felber<\/a> in September 2021 and Antonoff <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/08\/19\/jack-antonoff-marries-margaret-qualley-in-intimate-new-jersey-wedding\/\">marrying actress Margaret Qualley<\/a> in August 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The former couple\u2019s migration to the iconic NYC arena came after Swift herself was spotted arriving in her SUV hours before the rehearsal was slated to begin.<\/p>\n<p>It was unclear if Kelce was with
