The whole country will be backing the team. Come on, England!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Pub closing times had already been extended to 2am for England&#8217;s matches that kicked off between 9pm and 10pm. But that didn&#8217;t apply to Monday&#8217;s fixture due to the later kick-off.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Individual pubs had to apply to councils if they wanted to stay open later &#8211;
