As for how the parents feel, they said it \u201cdefinitely hasn\u2019t sunk in yet,\u201d but that they are \u201cincredibly blessed.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Viall and Joy (both seen above in May) told People the reality of being parents of three \u201cdefinitely hasn\u2019t sunk in yet.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">nnataliejjoy\/instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The couple (pictured above in March) welcomed twin daughters after three previous miscarriages. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for The Viall Files<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>The toddler was present for Viall and Joy\u2019s April 2024 <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/04\/27\/entertainment\/bachelor-alum-nick-viall-marries-natalie-joy-in-ethereal-wedding-in-georgia\/\">wedding in Georgia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Eight months after the couple tied the knot, Joy opened up on a tearful \u201cViall Files\u201d podcast episode about <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/01\/29\/parents\/nick-vialls-wife-natalie-joy-reveals-she-is-actively-miscarrying-second-child\/\">\u201cactively\u201d experiencing a pregnancy loss<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 27-year-old called the miscarriage the \u201cbiggest heartbreak\u201d of her life in January 2025, telling listeners, \u201cIt sucks because I have to be so alive for River. I have to be silly and goofy and funny and play with her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Joy felt \u201csad that the only version\u201d of herself present for her husband, 45, was \u201ca broken person.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The \u201cViall Files\u201d co-hosts are already the parents of daughter River (pictured above on April 16). <span class=\"credit\">nnataliejjoy\/instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The duo (pictured above on April 23) revealed subsequent pregnancy losses in January, March and August 2025. <span class=\"credit\">nnataliejjoy\/instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Within two months of the episode, Joy \u201cquickly and very unexpectedly\u201d conceived and <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/03\/23\/parents\/nick-vialls-wife-natalie-joy-suffers-second-miscarriage-within-span-of-2-months\/\">\u201cmiscarried again.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In a lengthy Instagram Story statement, she praised her partner and daughter for helping her \u201csurvive this time and time again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Viall <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/08\/14\/parents\/nick-vialls-wife-natalie-joy-experiences-third-miscarriage-this-year\/\">revealed his wife\u2019s third miscarriage<\/a> in an August 2025 episode.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s no really good way to say it \u2014 it f\u2013king sucks,\u201d the Bachelor Nation member said, noting that they were undergoing \u201cthat very scary process of running tests and finding out more.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>In February of the following year, Joy debuted her baby bump. <span class=\"credit\">nickviall\/instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cIt\u2019s TWINS,\u201d they wrote via Instagram at the time. <span class=\"credit\">nickviall\/instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He added, \u201cIt\u2019s tough. It\u2019s been a whirlwind, and we\u2019re trying to get through it as a family.
