href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/07\/05\/photos\/celebrities-celebrate-fourth-of-july-patrick-schwarzenegger-nick-jonas-kourtney-kardashian-and-more\/\">celebrate the Fourth of July<\/a> in New York City after <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/11\/22\/celebrity-news\/richard-gere-moving-to-spain-with-wife-alejandra-silva-and-kids\/\">relocating to Spain<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, the \u201cPretty Woman\u201d actor\u2019s wife, Alejandra Silva, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DaZPFZxArYH\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">took to Instagram<\/a> to share snaps of their family enjoying the holiday near the Statue of Liberty.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDeeply grateful for a life built between two countries, two cultures, and so many people we love,\u201d she captioned the joint \u2764\ufe0f\ud83e\udd0d\ud83d\udc99.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the snaps, the couple posed with their two youngest sons, Alexander, 7, and James, 6, while on a boat riding next to the historical landmark, which is a universal symbol of freedom and democracy.<\/p>\n<p>In other photos in the carousel, the boys played with rocks on the beach and watched a fireworks show.<\/p>\n<figure wife is Spanish and she gave me about seven years here and so, we\u2019re going to spend some years in Madrid,\u201d the actor explained on the \u201cTonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.\u201d
