Marcellus Wiley, allegedly threatened to kill her before his <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/07\/05\/sports\/ex-nfl-star-marcellus-wiley-arrested-for-domestic-battery-on-july-4\/\">domestic violence arrest<\/a> over Fourth of July weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d alum called the cops to report a battery after an alleged confrontation on Saturday in Florida, according to an arrest affidavit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/07\/06\/marcellus-wiley-arrest-details\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">obtained by TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The former reality star told officers she was scared of her partner and requested the retired NFL player, 51, be removed from their World Marriott room.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image domestic violence battery charge Saturday. <span class=\"credit\">Orange County Sheriff&#8217;s Office<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Additionally, Annemarie claimed Marcellus \u201cused one finger to sternly and intentionally poke her in the cheek\u201d the day before in front of their 7-year-old daughter.<\/p>\n<p>She alleged Marcellus had engaged in an \u201cunreported history of violence towards her in the past,\u201d which the athlete denied.<\/p>\n<p>The former defensive end showed the authorities cordial text messages between himself and Annemarie \u2014 but was ultimately taken into custody on domestic violence battery charges.<\/p>\n<figure reported on Sunday that Marcellus, who is also the father of daughter Morocca from a past romance, is being held without bond in the Orange County Jail.<\/p>\n<p>The couple has been married since June href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/03\/21\/entertainment\/disappointed-annemarie-wiley-fired-from-rhobh-after-1-season\/\">was on \u201cRHOBH\u201d for Season 13<\/a>, told cops over the weekend that she plans <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/celebrity-news\/celebrity-breakups-of-2026\/\">to divorce<\/a> the sportscaster.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Marcellus was <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/05\/05\/sports\/marcellus-wiley-accused-of-sexual-assault-by-four-women-including-ex-espn-employee\/\">accused by four women<\/a>, including a former ESPN employee, of sexual assault, with two of the individuals <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/03\/18\/celebrity-news\/rhobh-alum-annemarie-wileys-husband-marcellus-accused-of-raping-2-women-at-columbia-university\/\">claiming the ex-Buffalo Bills player raped them<\/a> between 1995 and 1999.<\/p>\n<p>One woman claimed she was 13 when Marcellus started pursuing her.<\/p>\n<p>Marcellus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qP_sDzt7ag4&amp;t=4510s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">issued a denial via YouTube<\/a> in May, saying, \u201cI\u2019m going to continue to challenge
