{"id":8257,"date":"2026-07-09T01:31:18","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T01:31:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/justin-baldoni-breaks-silence-on-shocking-blake-lively-settlement\/"},"modified":"2026-07-09T01:31:18","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T01:31:18","slug":"justin-baldoni-breaks-silence-on-shocking-blake-lively-settlement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/justin-baldoni-breaks-silence-on-shocking-blake-lively-settlement\/","title":{"rendered":"Justin Baldoni breaks silence on shocking Blake Lively settlement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/wp-content%2Fuploads%2Fsites%2F3%2F2026%2F05%2F127989543.jpg?quality%3D90%26strip%3Dall\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Justin Baldoni is speaking out after <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/04\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-and-justin-baldoni-reach-shocking-agreement-in-it-ends-with-us-battle-before-trial\/\">settling his long legal battle<\/a> with Blake Lively.<\/p>\n<p>The actor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reels\/DajZGpGx7dh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted a video <\/a>with his wife, Emily Baldoni, on Instagram Wednesday, Emily said the two were feeling \u201cimmense gratitude\u201d for people and the things that have happened to them.<\/p>\n<p>Justin noted, \u201cGratitude has saved us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But Emily said that the gratitude did not \u201cnegate the injustice and pain\u201d they\u2019ve felt over the past few years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe just wanted to let the justice system run its course,\u201d Justin said, as Emily added, \u201cAnd the truth and facts have spoken for themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The director said the two are \u201chealing\u201d after going through a traumatic experience. Mango for NY Post<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Justin and Lively, 38, settled their intense court battle stemming from their film, \u201cIt Ends With Us,\u201d on May 4 \u2014 just two weeks before their trial was scheduled to begin.<\/p>\n<p>The settlement came a month after a judge\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/02\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-dealt-devastating-blow-in-ongoing-justin-baldoni-harassment-lawsuit\/\">threw out 10 out of 13 of Lively\u2019s claims<\/a>, including her claim that Baldoni sexually harassed her.<\/p>\n<p>They continued, \u201cWe acknowledge the process presented challenges and recognize concerns raised by Ms. Lively deserved to be heard.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Lively attended the 2026 Met Gala just hours after settling her case with Baldoni. <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Baldoni was also spotted holding hands with his wife, Emily, in Nashville, Tennessee, after settling his case with Lively. <span class=\"credit\">Derek Shook for Page Six<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Both parties added that they \u201cremain firmly committed to workplaces free of improprieties and unproductive environments\u201d and it is their \u201csincere hope that this brings closure and allows all involved to move forward constructively and in peace, including a respectful environment online.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Lively accused Baldoni (seen together on \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d) of sexually harassing her on the set of \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d and launching a smear campaign against her. <span class=\"credit\">\u00a9Sony Pictures\/Courtesy Everett Collection<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Baldoni (seen here with Lively while filming \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d) denied all the accusations, and a judge threw out 10 of her 13 claims before the two settled their case. <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Just hours after the settlement, Lively <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/04\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-attends-met-gala-2026-after-shocking-justin-baldoni-settlement\/\">attended the 2016 Met Gala<\/a>, where she posed on the red carpet in a pastel archival Versace gown from 2006.
