It is an e-bike. [It went] a short distance, a helmet was provided. In fact, the helmet is in the exhibit picture which is why it\u2019s strange Taylor insisted [it wasn\u2019t].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The judge cut the lawyer off, asking, \u201cThe child is how old? 2?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He doubled down, saying, \u201cNot with a 2-year-old. Maybe with a 12-year-old. But even then. There\u2019s no point, in my view. Basic safety, we generally require car seat or age-appropriate child restraints.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mortensen\u2019s legal team confirmed the reality star would \u201cdo that moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A source <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/dakota-mortensen-scolds-driving-son-in-motorcycle-taylor-frankie-paul-12013862\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">claimed to People<\/a> on Wednesday that Mortensen \u201cnever rode far\u201d with Ever.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Mortensen\u2019s attorney insisted the toddler went \u201ca short distance\u201d on the \u201celectric bike\u201d and had a helmet on. <span class=\"credit\">Utah Courts<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure the hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Paul, notably, was granted Monday mornings with Ever on top of the alternating weekends she was given in June, as well as the single weekday visit.<\/p>\n<p>The influencer is \u201clook[ing] forward to continuing to make progress at the next hearing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The duo, whose <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/09\/10\/entertainment\/where-taylor-frankie-paul-ex-dakota-mortensen-stand-ahead-of-bachelorette-filming\/\">on-again, off-again relationship<\/a> began in 2022, have been <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/30\/celebrity-news\/taylor-frankie-pauls-ex-dakota-mortensen-calls-cops-over-protective-order\/\">engaged in a messy custody battle<\/a> for
