Joe Rogan brought up the \u201cinspirational\u201d video<\/a> to guest Tommy Lee.<\/p>\n\u201cThis is literally bananas,\u201d the podcaster marveled. \u201cThis is Rick Springfield, he\u2019s 76 years old \u2026 and he\u2019s singing \u2018Jessie\u2019s Girl\u2019 like he just wrote it.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cFirst of all, he looks f\u2013cking incredible, like he\u2019s working out every day or something. I mean, I don\u2019t even understand it,\u201d he continued. \u201cHe looks like a 30-year-old guy.\u201d<\/p>\n
Lee, who co-founded rock outfit M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce, was also baffled, commenting, \u201cAmazing. That\u2019s f\u2013king inspirational.\u201d<\/p>\n
Rogan was just as impressed with Springfield\u2019s \u201cpassion and enthusiasm\u201d while performing.<\/p>\n
\u201cA lot of people who are 76 are basically waiting to die,\u201d he said. \u201cThis dude\u2019s on stage with no shirt on f\u2013king crushing life.\u201d<\/p>\n
Springfield responded to the clip Tuesday, writing, \u201cGood vibes appreciated! \u2026 \ud83e\udd18\ud83c\udffc.\u201d<\/p>\nThe rocker, 76, had his toned abs and ripped physique on full display on stage. \u201cOnly time I\u2019d consider a 70 year old as a 50 year old \ud83d\ude02 definitely optimising life!! Shows passion is everything!!\u201d one person wrote.<\/p>\n
Another fan asked, \u201cHow is this possible?!? \ud83d\ude0d.\u201d<\/p>\n
A third person wrote, \u201c\u2764\ufe0f\ud83d\udd25\u2764\ufe0f go baby go! You make us all look forward to our 70s!! \ud83d\ude0d.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll have meat now and then if I feel like feeling a little weak, but I don\u2019t eat dairy or anything like that,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m on a big anti-inflammation kick.\u201d<\/p>\n
Springfield told the outlet he still felt like he was in his 20s in his head, explaining, \u201cThen I see people dying from old age disease and go, \u2018Wow, I\u2019m the same age as old people!’\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
