{"id":8457,"date":"2026-07-10T19:42:23","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T19:42:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/paulina-porizkova-marries-jeff-greenstein-in-italy\/"},"modified":"2026-07-10T19:42:23","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T19:42:23","slug":"paulina-porizkova-marries-jeff-greenstein-in-italy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/login9ja.com\/global\/paulina-porizkova-marries-jeff-greenstein-in-italy\/","title":{"rendered":"Paulina Porizkova marries Jeff Greenstein in Italy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/wp-content%2Fuploads%2Fsites%2F3%2F2026%2F05%2F128967327.jpg?quality%3D90%26strip%3Dall\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Paulina Porizkova and Jeff Greenstein are married!<\/p>\n<p>The couple tied the knot in Italy and announced the exciting news <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DanVQzuiL9R\/?hl=en&amp;img_index=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via Instagram<\/a> Friday. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust married\ud83d\udc8d,\u201d they captioned the joint posts showing the two embracing and the model showing off her diamond sparkler.<\/p>\n<p>In a previous post shared Wednesday, the couple opened up about the difficult legal process of getting married in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGetting legally married in Italy as an Italian is complicated enough,\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DaieUzVMvAJ\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">captioned the upload<\/a>. \u201cWhen you add the combo of two foreign people, you\u2019re talking about roughly seven months of paper work. And the fun seemingly never ends, even once you\u2019re declared married.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Paulina Porizkova and Jeff Greenstein (pictured here in a selfie) have tied the knot in Italy. <span class=\"credit\">Paulina Porizkova\/instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The lovebirds (pictured here together in an IG shot) previously got engaged after two years of dating. <span class=\"credit\">Paulina Porizkova\/instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/07\/10\/celebrity-news\/model-paulina-porizkova-engaged-to-jeff-greenstein-6-years-after-husbands-death\/\">The television writer, 63, popped the question<\/a> to the Sports Illustrated cover star in July 2025\u00a0after two years of dating.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe asked,\u201d Porizkova, 61, shared in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DL4iMu6uTEk\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">an Instagram video<\/a> at the time while showing off her sparkler.<\/p>\n<p>The author was previously married to Cars frontman Ric Ocasek from 1989 until their <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2018\/05\/03\/paulina-porizkova-ric-ocasek-separate-after-28-years\/\">2018 separation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Porizkova \u2014 who shared sons Jonathan, 32, and Oliver, 28, with Ocasek \u2014 described her family as a \u201cwell-built car\u201d but explained that \u201cas a bicycle, my husband and I no longer pedal in unison.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, the\u00a0musician<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2019\/09\/15\/the-cars-frontman-ric-ocasek-found-dead-in-manhattan-townhouse\/\"> died unexpectedly from heart disease <\/a>at age 75.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The television writer popped the question in July 2025 (as pictured here). <span class=\"credit\">Jeff Greenstein\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>\u201cHe asked,\u201d the supermodel (pictured here with her now-husband in 2025) gushed at the time.  <span class=\"credit\">WireImage for Est\u00e9e Lauder<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Porizkova, who was still living with Ocasek at the time,<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/11\/15\/paulina-porizkova-recalls-moment-she-found-ric-ocasek-dead\/\"> found him deceased in their townhouse.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>After the rocker\u2019s untimely passing, the mom of two expressed that losing her former partner of 28 years left her feeling like she wanted to die.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Ocasek secretly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2019\/11\/07\/cars-singer-ric-ocasek-cuts-supermodel-wife-paulina-porizkova-out-of-will\/?_ga=2.46658151.1934327619.1582553853-1264002134.1559153175\">cut Porizkova out of his will<\/a>\u00a0before his death, which left the runway star with no choice but to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2021\/02\/11\/paulina-porizkova-relied-on-pals-for-groceries-after-ric-ocasek-died\/\">rely on friends for help.<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Porizkova then documented her grief journey, even <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2021\/09\/16\/paulina-porizkova-sobs-over-ric-ocaseks-death-2-years-later\/\">uploading a video of herself crying<\/a> on the two-year anniversary of Ocasek\u2019s passing.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Porizkova was previously married to Ocasek (pictured here together in 1990) from 1989 until their separation in 2018. <span class=\"credit\">Ron Galella Collection via Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The author found the rocker (pictured here together in 2018) dead in their townhouse from heart disease in 2019. Despite having lived in her Manhattan apartment since 2021, her landlord chose not extend her lease.<\/p>\n<p>Porizkova shared on her and Greenstein\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=BUWnMGZ7pB0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cTwenty Good Summers\u201d podcast<\/a>, that she \u201cbegged and pleaded\u201d with her landlord to no avail. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd so we have to move out of here four days before we get married in Italy.
