I\u2019ve been a Scientologist for three years now,\u201d the actor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reels\/DatHFaXBVMs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told his Instagram followers<\/a> on Sunday. \u201cIt\u2019s been so fantastic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As for \u201cthe original reason [he] got into Scientology,\u201d the 28-year-old explained that it began after he got \u201cclean and sober \u2026 off drugs\u201d five years ago.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Dylan Sprayberry announced on Sunday that he has been a Scientologist for three years. <span class=\"credit\">dylansprayberry\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The \u201cTeen Wolf\u201d alum said over the weekend that he joined the religion to help with his sobriety after a previous drug addiction. <span class=\"credit\">dylansprayberry\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cEarlier on in my sobriety \u2026 I was having this feeling where it\u2019s like, \u2018OK, I\u2019m sober now.
