It\u2019s not clear how much the final price will be. <\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>The seller is a family foundation tied to New York real estate titan Donald Zucker.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s an iconic Hamptons home. It\u2019s traditional, old school and very beautiful,\u201d said the home\u2019s listing broker, Jennifer C. Wilson, of Saunders &amp; Associates. But he may want to build a larger home on the property more in line with his current home in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As for that other spread, Rubin bought it in 2020 for $50.1 million \u2014 and that\u2019s where his famed party has been held in recent years. On the main level, an open chef\u2019s kitchen and living room \u2014 anchored by a large fireplace \u2014 share panoramic views of the ocean and bay \u201cfrom every window and door,\u201d according to the listing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The living room opens to an oceanfront deck, while a den also overlooks the ocean and bay. There\u2019s also a main, or junior main, bedroom suite on this floor.
