You know me, I\u2019m never bored. I\u2019m busy every minute.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Shortly after the deal was inked, Stern\u2019s wife, Beth, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/05\/14\/celebrity-news\/howard-sterns-wife-details-his-new-siriusxm-contract-after-toxic-workplace-claims\/\">said on Andy Cohen\u2019s Sirius<\/a> show, \u201cI think his new schedule is working out really well for him.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Stern (photographed above at a Knicks game in 2016) has said he values free time. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI feel that it\u2019s very good for him to continue. He still enjoys doing it. He\u2019s still, I think, very good at it. I think it keeps him connected,\u201d she said, adding it gives her husband, 72, an \u201coutlet\u201d to share his thoughts.<\/p>\n<p>Stern first went on the air in 1977. He pioneered the shock jock formula and went on to become one of the sharpest interviewers of A-list talent to ever work the airwaves.
