Simon Vigar told the People of the situation between her sons today.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHighgrove doesn\u2019t have the pomp and circumstance or institutional aspects of a palace,\u201d royal author Catherine Mayer told the outlet. \u201cIt reveals this as a family matter \u2014 a human matter.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In his 2023 memoir\u00a0<a data-aps-asc-tag=\"pagesix-20\" data-aps-asin=\"0593593820\" data-wrapped-template=\"https:\/\/r.pagesixlink.com?btn_ref=org-282f0dd399864b44&amp;btn_url\" the meaningful location to attend his annual charity polo match\u00a0in Windsor <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/07\/10\/style\/kate-middleton-cheers-on-price-william-in-gingham-at-the-royal-charity-polo-cup-2026\/\">with his wife, Kate Middleton<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure he\u2019ll one day inherit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, Buckingham Palace\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/07\/09\/royal-family\/meghan-markle-and-kids-will-join-prince-harry-in-uk-after-all\/\">confirmed Charles and Queen Camilla hosted Harry, Meghan Markle and their children<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5. <\/p>\n<p>Charles \u2014 who is <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/12\/12\/royal-family\/king-charles-gives-emotional-update-on-cancer-battle\/\">currently battling cancer<\/a> \u2014 hadn\u2019t seen his grandkids in four years.<\/p>\n<p>Schofield told us that even though they have reunited, she doesn\u2019t believe it will \u201cerase the past.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image Rebuilding trust is extraordinarily difficult.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>William, notably, avoided his younger brother during the UK trip, making\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/07\/07\/royal-family\/estranged-prince-william-and-harry-are-just-miles-apart-during-separate-public-appearances-in-london\/\">separate public appearances<\/a>\u00a0just miles apart on July 7.<\/p>\n<p>As we previously reported, the brothers have <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/08\/29\/royal-family\/feuding-brothers-prince-william-prince-harry-kept-their-distance-at-uncles-funeral\/\">been estranged for years<\/a>.
