He was age 4 at the time of the filing. <\/p>\n<p>The documents also revealed that a second child \u2014 a daughter named Fiona \u2014 was born to the former couple.<\/p>\n<p>The documents noted that the child was 1 year old at the time of the filing, and that both parents share decision making on matters including schooling, healthcare and extracurricular activities. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Bushnell and the \u201cCalifornication\u201d actress (seen above) previously\u00a0welcomed their first child, a son, back in 2020. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The couple (seen above together) also have a daughter, who was 1 at the time of the filing.  <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/Maggie Grace<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>According to the filing, the actress \u2014 who was ultimately granted primary custody of their children, with Bushnell gaining custody of their son each weekend, and eventually having weekend custody of their daughter when she reached the age of 3 and a half \u2014 was granted her maiden name back in the finalized divorce, dated Aug. 13, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The co-parents agreed to split holidays as well, with Grace being given the option to spend some weekends with her children, and Bushnell having the option to request that his ex-wife care for their children during his parenting time in the event that he\u2019s out of town for work. <\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_15-0\">Additionally, the former couple signed a May 2017 prenup, which Grace requested be upheld in the filing. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The couple agreed on a custody plan for their children, and Grace was granted her maiden name back.
