The scholarship program is specifically for students in need of financial support to aid/further their educational career through the Skoltech University Masters Degree & PhD Degree Scholarships. Skoltech University Scholarship 2024 Fully funded
Skoltech University offers a Fully Funded Scholarship to international students. These scholarship covers:
- Total Tuition Fee will be covered by the University.
- No Application Fee is required.
- Monthly Stipend for MSc: 40,000 rubles/month.
- Monthly Stipend for PhD: 70,000 rubles/month.
- Medical insurance will be provided.
- Free Relocation will be provided.
- Variety of academic mobility programs.
There is no separate application for funding. All applicants are automatically considered for funding.
All admitted master’s and Ph.D. students will receive an academic stipend as well as full tuition and medical insurance.

Skoltech Scholarship 2024 Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
- Applications are open to domestic and international students.
- For Master Program: An appropriate Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
- For Doctoral Programs: An appropriate Master’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
- Final-year undergraduate students can also apply.
- Applicants who already have a master’s degree can also apply.
- TOEFL or IELTS score is not required if the applicant received a university English-language degree.
- Submission of a General GRE score is not a requirement of the Skoltech application.
- There are no minimum GPA requirements.
