Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared saunas use light waves to heat the body directly at lower, more comfortable temperatures.

Builders have just put the finishing touches to the Three Lions icon’s house in Surrey. The house also has a lift from the basement to the top floor of the lavish new pad. A swimming pool, bar area, treatment room and gym were also built below ground. The Bayern Munich ace, whose contract with the German giants expires next year, also included a golf simulator and a ‘glam room’ next to his and her dressing rooms. The striker paid £6m for a house on the site, which he demolished and replaced with a neo-Georgian home.

The England squad are taking over the Inn at Meadowbrook hotel and Swope Soccer Village near Kansas City in Missouri. FA chiefs chose the location as it right in the middle of the country, which is co-hosting the tournament with Mexico and Canada.
