Dua Lipa said “I do” in something borrowed — from Bianca Jagger’s playbook.
The “Houdini” singer, 30, married actor Callum Turner, 36, on Sunday at Old Marylebone Town Hall in London. Rather than a traditional wedding dress, she opted for the skirt suit and statement hat that the former actress made famous when she wed Mick Jagger in St. Tropez in 1971.
Where Jagger chose Yves Saint Laurent, Lipa turned to Schiaparelli Haute Couture. Her custom ivory blazer, designed by Daniel Roseberry, featured a curved hem and gold bijoux buttons with surrealist motifs — an eye and a winged Pegasus among them — worn over a matching asymmetric skirt and a blush pink bustier trimmed in white lace.
White gloves, Christian Louboutin pumps and an oversized Stephen Jones hat lined in gold leaf completed the look, with the bride carrying a bouquet of white Iceland poppies.
The most extravagant detail, though, was wrapped around Lipa’s neck: a Bulgari Serpenti High Jewelry necklace in 18-karat white gold.
The piece is nearly identical to one currently for sale on 1stDibs for $567,000, set with roughly 75.50 carats of pavé diamonds — though Lipa’s appears to have pear-shaped emeralds, rather than diamonds, for eyes.
Paired with white diamond stud earrings, it was a fitting pick for the singer, who became a Bulgari global brand ambassador in February and celebrated her bachelorette last month dripping in jewels from the brand.
Turner complemented his bride in a custom monochromatic Ferragamo ensemble: a double-breasted jacket with matching blue pants, shirt and tie.
The couple exchanged vows before just eight guests, including Lipa’s parents, Dukagjin and Anesa, and her siblings Rina and Gjin.
Sunday’s ceremony was deliberately intimate, but a splashier affair is on the horizon. The couple is reportedly holding a second celebration at Villa Igiea in Palermo, Italy, with Sir Elton John, Charli XCX and Donatella Versace among those rumored to attend.
