Spurs star-turned- talkSPORT host, Jamie O’Hara, found his car had been broken into during England’s 2-1 win over Norway on Saturday evening, giving a defiant message to those responsible
Jamie O’Hara claimed he can “replace a window but you can’t replace Jude Bellingham winning it for England,” after his car was broken into at the weekend. The former Tottenham Hotspur player took to X to share a photo of the aftermath of the break-in during the early hours of Sunday morning, as the Three Lions ran out 2-1 winners over Norway in the World Cup quarter-finals.
The photograph showed the shattered window imploded in toward the front passenger’s seat, glass particles scattered across the interior. And alongside the post, the talkSPORT host shared a defiant message with the perpetrator.
He wrote: “Sad end to the night car broken into iPad and bag gone, but tbh we’re in the f***ing semi final. I can replace a window you can’t replace Jude Bellingham winning it for England.”
He later added in a separate message: “If you see me on Sky this morning in shorts it’s not because I wanted too it’s because my bag that was stolen had my clothes in it.”
A number of social media users were quick to share their thoughts with O’Hara in the aftermath, while others issued sage words of advice toward the 39-year-old.
“One wrote: “Always put your belongings in the boot because otherwise it gives thieves an opportunity. Sorry this happened to you.”
A second, who was less sympathetic, added: “Leaving stuff in your car in London is your own fault. If it’s not nailed down, they’ll have it, you should know this by now.”

A third also explained: “NEVER leave valuables in your car. Too many times I have seen people do that and regret it. But as you say, we’re in the semis, so a bitter sweet night.”
It comes as a bittersweet night for O’Hara, who will be undoubtedly gutted to see damage to his vehicle and possessions stolen, but in jubilation at England reaching the semi-finals of the World Cup.
It was a tough night at the office for Thomas Tuchel’s men in-part, as they fell a goal behind early doors at the Hard Rock Stadium. Andreas Schjelderup gave Stale Solbakken’s side the lead around 10 minutes ahead of the half-time interval, a seemingly miskicked cross catching out Jordan Pickford and dropping into the net.

Jude Bellingham was insistent that his nation didn’t head into half-time a goal down, however, equalising moments before the whistle from close range following some smooth footwork inside the Norwegian area.
While the match remained deadlocked throughout the second-half, it was Bellingham who once more came to England’s rescue early into extra-time, pouncing on a Morgan Rogers rebound from yards out to fire past Orjan Nyland.
As a result of the win, England will now play Argentina in the semi-finals come Wednesday, July 15 at 8pm BST. Victory there will see the nation take on either France or Spain in the final come Sunday, July 19.
