Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker suffered a devastating miscarriage six months into their relationship.
The couple made the heartbreaking revelation in the “Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear” documentary, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival on Saturday night.
“When we lost the baby, we were devastated,” Kardashian said in the documentary, per Us Weekly. “We cried for days.”
The pair explained that the Poosh creator got pregnant six months after their relationship began in 2021.
Kardashian and Barker — who wed in May 2022— learned they were expecting a girl and wanted to name her Tulip.
However, at a doctor’s appointment at the three-month mark, the duo were told their baby no longer had a heartbeat.
Elsewhere in the documentary, Kardashian detailed her and her husband’s continued efforts to get pregnant, which included five in vitro fertilization attempts over the span of eight months.
In May 2023, she and Barker declared they were “officially done” with IVF and wanted to conceive naturally.
The following month, Kardashian announced her pregnancy during the drummer’s Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles.
As her partner performed onstage, the reality star held up a sign reading, “Travis I’m pregnant.”
They went on to reveal the sex of their baby boy at a rock ‘n’ roll-themed bash.
During her pregnancy, Kardashian needed “urgent fetal surgery” to save their little one’s life.
After Kardashian underwent the procedure in September, she told her Instagram followers how “eternally grateful” she was for Barker’s support.
The couple welcomed son Rocky, now 2, in November 2023.
The “Kardashians” star is also a mother to three kids with ex Scott Disick — Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11.
Barker, for his part, shares Landon, 22, and Alabama, 19, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The musician also remains close with his oldest stepdaughter, Atiana De La Hoya.
“Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear” will be available to stream on Hulu on August 13.
