Music mogul Clive Davis was last publicly seen at a star-studded fundraising event weeks before his tragic death.

The Arista Records founder stepped out to the Gordon Parks Foundation Awards Dinner and Auction hosted in New York City on May 19.

He was all smiles while sharing a table with music icons Alicia Keys, Chance the Rapper and Swizz Beatz.

A cause of death hasn’t been revealed, however, the businessman was hospitalized on May 29 — just 10 days after the event.

At the time, he was admitted to the hospital after suffering from “an upper respiratory infection and out of an abundance of caution,” an insider told TMZ.

Davis was expected to be released 24 hours later.

The iconic producer — who worked with Whitney Houston, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Kelly Clarkson — was previously diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy in 2021.

The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke defined the condition as “a neurological disorder that causes paralysis or weakness on one side of the face,” leading to partial facial paralysis, “a drooping eyebrow and mouth” and trouble closing one eye.

Davis kick-started his career in the music industry in his late 20s in the 1960s and was appointed Columbia Records president in 1967 when he was 35.

His first major signing was Janis Joplin’s band Big Brother and the Holding Company after discovering the group at the Monterey Pop Festival.

Davis later founded his own company, Arista Records, in 1974, and then J Records in 2000.
