Rob Reiner has earned a posthumous Emmys 2026 nomination after his and wife Michele Reiner’s gruesome murders.
The late actor was nominated on Wednesday for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for his performance as Albert on FX’s “The Bear.”
Rob portrayed the businessman and restauranteur in the fourth season of the culinary comedy, which has received eight nominations in this year’s upcoming awards ceremony.

Hollywood has been in mourning since Rob and Michele’s tragic passings last December.
The legendary filmmaker was honored during the 98th annual Academy Awards at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles in March.
Billy Crystal was joined by more than a dozen stars from Rob’s films to pay an emotional tribute to the late director, which led the In Memoriam segment.
