Tom Sandoval’s ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson’s father, Will Robinson, filed for a counter-restraining order against the former Bravo star after video emerged of Sandoval seemingly shoving him into a lit fire pit.

The alleged June 3 scuffle between Victoria, Will, and the “Vanderpump Rules” alum was recounted in Will’s filing, which claimed Sandoval “overpowered [his] daughter” during a “confrontation argument” at Sandoval’s residence before shoving him “backwards into a stone-lava rock” fire pit on the deck and “severely injuring” him.

Will also alleged the reality TV star then re-entered the home — where Victoria and her father had been living — and claimed he “began talking about himself having a gun.”

Victoria’s father further said he sustained injuries including a broken thumb, broken elbow, ruptured disc and heel laceration.

In his filing, Will claimed he was “severely” injured during the alleged encounter, as seen above.

Will also claimed in his filing that since the alleged falling out, Sandoval has visited the home “forcing [Will] to call the police” and “starting trouble.”

Victoria’s father wrote that the alleged June 3 altercation was “the 5th time, to my knowledge, that he has become physical during a confrontation with my daughter,” adding, “This time I was assaulted and injured by him.”

Will also claimed he needs the restraining order “to keep [Sandoval] away from me and my daughter’s residence.”

He’s requested Sandoval be ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from himself, his daughter, and his home, as well as his vehicle.

A video surfaced via Reddit on Friday showing an apparent altercation among the embattled trio. In the clip, Will steps in as an agitated Sandoval asks Victoria, “Are you recording me right now?” before attempting to snatch her cell phone.

As Will appears to intervene, Sandoval seemingly pushes him into the lit fireplace behind him and dashes into the home.

Will follows Sandoval inside, and crashing sounds can immediately be heard coming from the home. Victoria then rushes into the house, shouting, “No!”

Victoria’s father could later be heard apparently shouting, “He threw me in the f–king fire pit. I’ll get you, bitch. Motherf–ker.”

Per TMZ, which first released the footage, the video was taken June 3. The outlet was also first to report on Thursday that Victoria had been arrested the same day for an alleged altercation Sandoval claimed left him visibly bruised and bloodied.

On Thursday, Sandoval was granted his request that Victoria and her father, who had been living in his Los Angeles rental home, be ordered to vacate the residence.

Victoria was arrested for domestic violence and released on bond the same day. She was also served with a temporary restraining order at the time.

He claimed Victoria allegedly punched him, leaving visible blood on his ear and neck, and that the blow allegedly caused him to have blurry vision.

“The most recent physical incident occurred on June 3 when [she] punched my face and injured my neck and ear,” Sandoval wrote, per documents.

“During this same incident, Mr. Robinson, grabbed me and punched an approximately 12-inch hole in the door of my spare bedroom where I was barricading myself,” he continued.

“I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night,” Sandoval claimed, adding that persistent pain in his mouth led him to “visit the ER to be evaluated.”

The “Traitors” alum also said he “deeply regret[s]” taking a call from Victoria’s mother from jail and allegedly lending her bail money.

We exclusively confirmed the dual temporary restraining orders will expire on July 16, when another restraining order hearing is scheduled.
