Two teenagers have been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing in a park in Chelmsford, Essex.
Romeo Mfinda, 18, of Widford Chase, Chelmsford, and a 17-year-old boy also from Chelmsford, who can’t be named for legal reasons, have both been charged with murder, possession with intent to supply cannabis, and possession of a knife in a public place.
Radwan Shakur, from Wembley, London, has been identified as the victim by Essex Police.
