Amanda Batula is in a “full-blown relationship” with her “Summer House” co-star West Wilson, leaving many fans wondering why she and her estranged husband, Kyle Cooke, have not yet filed for divorce.

Additionally, we’re told Cooke, 43, wants to let Batula, 34, initiate the process — similar to how Ben Affleck reportedly “let” Jennifer Lopez file for divorce so she “wouldn’t look like the villain.”

Batula’s secret romance with Wilson, 31 — who was close friends with Cooke — was exposed in March, shocking the cast and viewers alike.

During the first “Summer House” Season 10 reunion episode, which aired Tuesday on Bravo, Batula and Wilson were grilled about all the “lies” they told while trying to conceal their budding “connection.”

Ciara Miller, who was best friends with Batula and previously dated Wilson, was particularly upset.

“Sometimes you can’t help who you like and who you’re attracted to!” Batula shouted, prompting Miller, 30, to retort, “You actually can help it. When you’re married, you actually can help it.”

When Batula argued that she “wasn’t married anymore,” Miller noted that, “legally,” she is.

“I’ve attained counsel, and my attorney has reached out to Kyle,” Batula claimed, “but we haven’t gotten anywhere since then.”

Notably, she and Cooke — who share no children — did not sign a prenuptial agreement before their September 2021 wedding.

The deterioration of their relationship has continued to play out on the new “In the City” spinoff, which is currently airing and began filming last fall.

On a forthcoming episode, Batula says to Cooke, “We don’t have a prenup, but if you come for me, I’ll come for you,” to which the Loverboy founder and CEO responds, “That would be a losing battle.”

Batula, who previously served as the beverage company’s creative director and head of branding, fires back, “Are you threatening me?”
