A fourth season of the award-winning reality dating show is returning to Netflix in a matter of weeks
Love on the Spectrum fans are gearing up for a brand new season of the hit dating show which arrives on Netflix in a matter of weeks.
The Emmy Award-winning reality series charts the dating lives of adults living with autism and shows how they navigate the ups and downs with the support of their friends and families. It has been nearly a year since the last season’s premiere, leaving fans desperate for updates.
Today (March 17) fans were finally given details of the fourth season’s cast which includes some familiar faces alongside three newcomers.
Netflix confirmed that Season 1 star James Jones will be back again as a main cast member. His storyline in Season 3 ended with him making things official with Shelley Wolfe – who is also back for Season 4 – and the pair even shared a kiss.
Joining the loved-up duo are familiar faces Madison Marilla, Tyler White, Connor Tomlinson and his partner Georgie Harris. Meanwhile the new cast members are 25-year-old Logan, Emma, 22, and Dylan, also 22.
Las Vegas native Logan will be stepping into the world of dating for the very first time and hopes to find someone who shares in his passion for trains. Meanwhile Utah-based Emma hopes to experience a love story as beautiful as the romantic fan fiction she writes.
Music lover Dylan, from Los Angeles, is hoping to find someone who values family and cats. He cites Shrek as an example of a beautiful romance, telling Netflix’s Tudum: “One of my favourite scenes is when they are walking through the forest together and find a frog and a snake, then they blow them up like a balloon and give them to each other,” adding: “It is such a sweet moment, but playful at the same time.”
However, many fans were quick to spot a number of series regulars were missing this time around. Despite not being listed on the main cast list, viewers will still get an update on favourites Tanner Smith, Abbey Romero and David Isaacman, who all make a fleeting appearance in the trailer.
