Derek Chisora weighed in at a career-heavy 19 stone before claiming he is willing to die in the ring when he takes on Deontay Wilder on Saturday night
Derek Chisora insisted he is willing to leave boxing in a COFFIN after his final fight against Deontay Wilder.
Heavyweight Chisora, 42, will retire after taking on Wilder, 40, with each man notching up his half century of professional bouts in London. And the Brit, who last night donned a Tyson Fury mask for his final face-off with his rival, claimed he is willing to sacrifice his life in the ring.
Chisora, who will enjoy a three-stone weight advantage, roared: “He knows what time it is; when I strap up the boots and I strap up the gloves, there is only one thing for it: F*** it, let’s go.

British boxer Derek Chisora will face American Deontay Wilder at London’s O2 Arena on Saturday, April 4.
Fans can order the fight for £24.99 with DAZN pay-per-view or get it free with the new DAZN Ultimate Tier.
“Theres no point sugarcoating it, I know this is going to be an amazing fight and all I can say is I am willing to die in the ring. He’s been there with Tyson Fury but he hasn’t been there for a while.” Wilder was stopped twice by Fury as his destructive reign as world champion came to an abrupt end.
The American later accused his bitter rival of doctoring his gloves and tonight’s showdown was hit by another row. Wilder was unhappy with the mitts provided and the situation had not been resolved as he and Chisora weighed in.
Wilder said: “It was my issue. I have broken my hands so many times and had so many surgeries. We had an issue with the gloves being too tight on my hands. I just want to be comfortable in the ring and for there to be no excuses.”
