Police are seeking three suspects after a car was deliberately driven into a house and set on fire on Boclair Street in Glasgow’s Netherton neighbourhood

A car was deliberately driven into a Glasgow house before being set ablaze, police have said.

The terrifying incident occurred on Boclair Street in the Netherton area to the north west of the city centre.

The car was driven into the property at around 1.10am on Sunday, June 27 Police Scotland have said.

Three suspects were involved in the incident as one reportedly made off from the scene on what is believed to be an e-bike.

Nobody was injured during the incident and officers said “extensive” inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.

“We are appealing for anyone who witnessed what happened, or who may have information to assist our investigation, to please come forward,” Detective Constable Stirling said.

“We’d particularly urge anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage to get in touch.”
