The development comes shortly after Alexer Peres announced that a court had granted her full custody of their children, marking a significant turn in their legal battle.
The couple had previously been involved in a series of public disagreements, exchanging accusations on social media as their relationship deteriorated.
Earlier in the year, Alexer had expressed distress in an online video, stating that Harrysong had custody of the children at the time and that she did not have access to them.
